NEW Precast concrete block walls have all the great qualities of the traditional concrete block wall … And a lot more …
Precast concrete block walls are manufactured as full cast panel units, compared to a traditional concrete block wall which is made up of many blocks grouted together leaving it susceptible to settling and expansive soil conditions. The panels span from one column footing to the next column footing eliminating the need for the continuous footings traditional concrete block walls require. Installation of the precast concrete block wall in full panel sections eliminates the majority of the time and labor required for installing a traditional concrete block wall.

Combo-Cast™ Technology … where the column and panel are cast as one integrated monolithic structure, ensuring incredible stability. This allows the precast concrete panel/column structure to span fifteen feet and eliminates more than half the labor of all other concrete wall products.
Rigid Footing Support System … used under normal conditions, the pier footings do not require reinforcing cages. This is accomplished by placing a rigid engineered component such as an I-beam into the footing and extending up approximately half the height of the wall. This eliminates the need for any temporary shoring and grouting. It also maintains the alignment of the concrete wall.
Advanced form liner technology … the most true to life textures and patterns available, including split face block, block slate, river rock, ashlar stone, dry stacked stone, sand finish stucco and custom architectural designs. The unbeatable toughness of reinforced precast concrete with true to life natural stone textures, which can be enhanced with colored stains and artistic treatments.
