Concrete block fence panels have formerly been used in the past for a variety of commercial applications. Aside from its use in commercial and industrial buildings, block fence panels have been used for all kinds of fencing, including boundary walls, sound barriers, retaining walls, privacy fencing and security walls, to name just a few. Concrete block is a great fence building material.
Concrete block walls have earned their popularity and reputation. They are durable with great engineering qualities. Block fences are able to withstand the elements and are capable of various building heights.
A block fence is a durable and efficient choice. Precast concrete block walls are manufactured as full cast panel units, compared to a traditional concrete block fence which is made up of many blocks grouted together. Traditional block CMU fences are susceptible to settling and expansive soil conditions. In precast concrete block fences, the panels span from one column footing to the next column footing, which eliminates the need for the continuous footings traditional concrete block fences require.
Installation of a precast concrete block fence in full panel sections eliminates the majority of the time and labor required for installing a traditional concrete block fence, making precast concrete block fences a time-saving and efficient choice.
